The Washington & Old Dominion Trail is a bike trail that goes from Arlington through the middle of Fairfax County and out to Purcellville in Loudon County for a total distance of 44.82 miles. In The Washington Post is a great article with all kinds of stories that have happened along the trail. They also created the video below, which is an interview with Paul McCray, much of whose career has been spent managing the trail.

Many people live right along the trail and use if for commuting into the city or for recreation. I’ve compiled a list of homes and real estate currently for sale along the W&OD Trail (this list will automatically stay current in the future) that you can see on this page.
